Payment

• Your payment should be paid within 7 business days from the auction close, so you receive your new item sooner.


• Please do not bid if you are not prepared to pay.


• Payment should be made by Paypal, Internet Banking, Money Order or Bank Cheque.(all cheques must be cleared before any goods are sent out).


• You will be emailed as soon as your payment clears, so please allow a few days if transferring or posting payment, and I will email you every step of the way.


• Due to currency conversion the only method of payment for bidders outside Australia is Pay Pal.


• We reserve the right to cancel auction earlier.

Shipping

• Your item will be packed securely and shipped to you within 24 hours of payment being cleared.


• Please note that we combine postage on multiple purchases however it is still based on weight and size.


• These prices include shipping, handling and any packaging material required including envelopes, bags and bubble wrap to ensure your purchase arrives in the best possible condition.

• Pre-paid Satchel Up to 500 grams = $6.00 Up to 3kg = $10.30.


• If you are not completely sure on the total amount of multiple items, please email me the item numbers you're interested in or the item numbers that you have purchased and I will confirm the amount.


• Remember all postage is based on the weight & size of the items you are purchasing. We are happy to quote you the postage price upon request.

Overseas Shipping

• For all international buyers outside of Australia, the shipping will be determined on your postcode/zip code, state and country. You will need to contact us for postage prices.

Buy Back Opportunity

• One of our point of difference as an ebay seller, is that we offer to buy back your used large items with conditions being that you will need to email us picture's and description of the condition of the item and we will quote you a price to buy this back off you.
  
  
• We will include the price of the postage in the quoted price and get you to send this COD (cash on delivery).

Present Wrapping Opportunity

• Another point of difference as an ebay seller, is that we offer to wrap your product and attach a gift card and post it to the person you have purchased it for. A small charge of $5.00 will save you time and effort, still leaving a lasting impression on the person receiving the gift.
